Civil Aviation Law

Our lawyer, Junichi Horie, has an Airline Pilot Licence (ATPL) and a Bachelor of Physics. Our team focuses primarily on reinvestigation of aircraft accidents or something equivalent to it, and litigation on aircraft accidents according to international aviation law.


As enacted by civil aviation law, there are wide range of aviation accidents. We mainly deal with investigations of aircraft crashes or aviation safety, aeronautical safety or disputes, and insurance problems.
